Early on Wednesday morning, a critical part of our network’s connection to the world failed. This caused all WarpPortal titles, websites, and forum to be inaccessible, as well as cut off our office internet connection. Our tech team and ISP worked to replace the failed part as quickly as possible, but the result was that for several days players on all our titles were unable to play or connect with us.
No data was impacted during this outage, as it was an issue with our internet connection line. Your characters and data are safe.

Additionally, since our Happy Hour Box Week was impacted during this time, we will be running a second Happy Hour Box Week this month from May 18th to 25th. This week will follow an EXP boost and Dapara event scheduled for next week’s update on the 6th.
